 The Sisters of Mercy Health System is embarking on a System wide effort of business and clinical transformation, enabled and supported by the design and deployment of enterprise solutions for clinical and revenue management applications (Epic).   

We currently have several openings for Temporary Credentialed Trainers to support our St. John’s Mercy Hospital in Washington and St. John’s Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis, MO. 

The Credentialed Trainer will conduct end-user training and will be responsible for the training of Super Users, managers and end users. Co-workers in this position are responsible for preparing training environments prior to class sessions, assist with editing curriculum for environment functionality, and provide feedback on curriculum needs.  CT’s occasionally assist team members with application testing in the training environment by comparing it to the prepared curriculum. 

An effective Credentialed Trainer will exhibit the following skill sets:

- Strong facilitation and training abilities
- Demonstrate good coaching and change management skills
- Assertiveness skills with an ability to manage conflict in a variety of situations
- Detail oriented and customer service focused
- Effective leadership skills and strong customer service orientation
- Superior goal accomplishment skills
- Experience in positions that require extensive public speaking/presentation skills
 

Minimum Qualifications Required:

- High school diploma (or GED) with 4-5 years related work experience in training, education, sales and marketing, or specific areas of healthcare required
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1-2 years related work experience in training, education, sales and marketing, or specific areas of healthcare preferred
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver end-user classroom based training
- Demonstrated ability to be a quick learner and work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills with all levels of a diverse team
- Demonstrated willingness to accept accountability for assignments, timeliness and quality of work product
- Ability to manage conflict in a variety of situations
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and writing skills are essential to success
- Ability to travel within the Washington, MO region as needed for training
- Achievement of Pathways Certification and Epic Credentialed status

Kelly Services
Evaluator with Bachelor degree

Description - Evaluators assign scores to student responses for various assessment tests including, but not limited to, reading and language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies for grades K-12. Training is provided by content specialists using established scoring guidelines (rubrics) for reading and assigning scores to open-ended response items. Student responses take the form of essays, graphs and diagrams, to give just a few examples.

Work is performed at one of CTB’s scoring centers Student responses are scanned and are viewed on a standard personal computer. Basic computer skills and experience, and ability to use a mouse and keyboard are helpful, but not required.

Position Requirements - Applicants must have knowledge of standard English language writing conventions and/or other content specific knowledge such as science, mathematics, social studies, etc. Teachers and individuals with education backgrounds are encouraged to apply; however, teaching experience is not required.

WORK SCHEDULES

Evaluators work on a project basis, with most projects lasting from several days to several weeks. We are currently hiring for a 4-5 week project beginning late March, 2008. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Once assigned to a specific project, Evaluators must commit to completing that project. Employees may take time off between projects if desired, or ask to be reassigned to the next available project
